Year 6 ran an incredibly successful event last week in which we made and sold our very own chocolate bars. We also shared all of our learning with our family members and some special visitors: the Honiton Fairtrade Council. We raised an incredible amount of money which we have chosen to spend on some tasty Year 6 treats (pizza, chips, doughnuts, cookies and muffins!), a special thank you hamper for our visitors and a huge donation to WaterAid. This will offer enough money for a school the size of ours to have taps in all of their classrooms, giving access to running water for children during the school day - how amazing is that?!
