Sadly, today was the last of our activity days but nevertheless, year 6 set out to enjoy themselves as they continued to develop their computing skills 💻 and faced even more new experiences with fencing 🤺 and curling 🥌  too. It didn’t take us long to pick up good stances and techniques - this meant that the jousting could begin swiftly and, with strong pushes on the stones, the scores began to add up! And, as with anything competitive in year 6, tactics and strategies were soon being discussed and became key to ensuring success across all teams. A very enthusiastic, very positive and very supportive game of volleyball 🏐 finished off our afternoon too! Thank you Mr Watson 🤩

There have been so many opportunities, so many new experiences and year 6, you have been an amazing group of children to spend this time with ... despite clearing me out of biscuits 🍪 and sweets 🍬!!! 🤣
