What a day! Year 6 explore the Royal Albert Memorial Museum

Even a fire evacuation at the Phoenix during lunch and a long train delay at Honiton Station could not dampen our spirits as we set off for the RAMM on a drizzly Tuesday. We explored, researched, sketched, asked questions and marvelled at the myriad objects and sights inside: the World Cultures section fed our curiosity about adaptations by humans to colder climates whilst the terrific displays of mammals, birds and insects sparked lots of questions and gave a fascinating focus for our sketches.
