Pancake Club- Summer 2, 2024
Wed 24 Jul 2024We had our final pancake club of the year this week. These children were chosen by their teachers for showing positive attitudes towards their learning.

Year 4 Olympics
Tue 23 Jul 2024Year 4 had a great time at our own Olympics! The children had the opportunity to kick footballs into the goals, throw the bean bag into the bucket, roll the ball into the circle and have a go at high jump!

Tue 23 Jul 2024On Thursday, Year 3 had a fantastic time completing the Olympic Obstacle and Skill Challenge!

Year 1- Roasting Apples
Tue 23 Jul 2024As part of our end of the school year treat, we roasted some sugared apples over the fire in our school woods. These caramelised apples tasted somewhere between a toffee apple and apple crumble!
We learnt about the importance of keeping ourselves and others safe around the fire and when handling hot skewers. All of the children showed great care and respect.

Year 1 had the best time this morning taking part in our HPS Olympics! Thank you for all of the donations received. The children really enjoyed challenging themselves to get in as many laps!
