Today the children in Nursery and Reception had a visitor from the Donkey Sanctuary. Rachel explained how to look after Donkeys, the jobs that Donkeys do around the world and how the charity help to care for and provide a 'safe place' for Donkeys in need. The children learnt how Donkeys communicate using their ears and how the staff provide them with safe and clean living conditions and the right diet and environment. The children were invited to take part in a Christmas card competition for next year and were given stickers for their super listening. Thank you Rachel and well done to the children.
