This afternoon, Year 6 started to create pieces of artwork to represent a truly exquisite phenomenon: the Northern Lights! We used oil pastels to help us create the vibrant colours. Check out the start of our work here... Tomorrow, some of us will be moving on to using an app called GarageBand to create a musical soundtrack to represent the lights.
