Catherine from Axe Valley Zoo brought dragons, guinea pigs and a tortoise (which was older than Mrs Rose!),  to see us today. The children stroked and held the animals and were brilliant listeners when Catherine talked about what the animals eat. We also looked at the skin of a snake and measured it - the snake would have been longer (taller) than us! What a lovely experience.
