We left beautiful daffodils on our drawing and paint tables today and the children explored them by looking, touching and smelling them. They made their own drawings using pencils, crayons and pens of the same colours. They painted the shapes they could see, and had a go at painting the actual flowers and then printing with them. We did not direct the children to this but just left the flowers for them to explore independently - children are so creative!
