The children wrote their own letter to the Zoo to ask for a pet! They drew a picture of the pet they would like, put it in the envelope - tricky for little hands -  and then decided that they needed to write Zoo on the envelope. Some children made their own marks to represent Zoo and others copied the letters for Zoo. I hope the Zoo gets the letters!
