Reception have been amazing during their PE lessons. Mr Watson has set the children games that look at that how their bodies move, showing super balance and agility skills. Today was all about number and colour recognition games and the children showed great focus in understanding groupings, working out whether they needed more or less dependant on the instruction. They also played ‘volcano’ which went down a storm with the children and showed how well they can share. The game involved the children working as a team, showing collaboration and team work to get as many volcanos as possible, switching colours until they found their own to then rebuild it and set the next team member off. Brilliant Reception class.
