If you're looking for something to do at the weekend, you may find something for you at Sidmouth Science Festival. It runs from Friday 8th until Sunday 17th October with a wide variety of free activities spread around various venues in Sidmouth. There are events for everyone; adults, children and families.

Hands on activities, talks and demonstrations take place on Super Science Saturday 9th October with a marquee at Kennaway House where you can make small items to take home.  Or try you hand at the what3words treasure hunt. Geology will be at All Saints’ Church whilst other events will be at the Methodist Church Hall and the Masonic Hall in the High Street. There is also a Guinness World Records attempt for the longest tin can telephone from Connaught Gardens to the Bedford steps plus a dinosaur loose around town!
