This week, we have been learning to predict the results of experiments using liquids and solids, and to consider when it is best to make observations during those investigations. We have turned water into solids (water into ice) through freezing and solids into liquids (melting chocolate) by heating. Interestingly, we are also discovering all about reversible and irreversible changes in states of matter.
