Did you know that the more children are exposed to books and stories the better readers they will be? In nursery we encourage children to 'read' books with friends, with teachers, and on their own throughout the day. (We also have our story and rhyme of the week). Our children love to read in all areas of our nursery - look at the concentration on their faces, the sharing and the actions they do when reading - lovely!
