Play is such a wonderful way for young children to develop. Sometimes, play scenarios evolve and highlight its power. Today was such a day! As the children explored the garden, they decided to use the picnic table to build a jail. They then found roll play uniforms to enhance this narrative, finally, with a bit of encouragement (!) they were encouraged to add labels and sentences into the theatre. These are the moments we live for in EYFS ❤️👌
