Calling all current Year 5 (soon to be Year 6!!!) children! 

Head over to the Year 5 information page to see lots of documents to help you feel a little more prepared for your move up. You will find lots of information including your summer home learning for our first topic: Blood Heart. You will also have the chance to get to know Mr Hasler, Miss Sansom and Mrs Ayres a little better too.
