We love our wonderful world. We love it so much that we focus on a different part of it each week! In recent weeks we have investigated nocturnal animals, chickens and industrial machinery. Today we investigated castles (as this is a key setting in our story, The Princess and the Pea) We begin by talking about what we already know. Then we ask questions that we would like to find the answers to. Finally, we research our questions using non-fiction books and ipads. All the while, if we want to, we explore castles in loads of interesting and exciting ways.
