World Book Celebration Day and Poetry Winners

 

World Book Day & The Poetry Competition 

 

A BIG thankyou to everyone for putting their best foot forward, showing a fantastic effort and attitude for World Book Day and World Book Celebration Day. All children have been enriched with a variety of different reading skills and were able to experience the joy reading can bring. The library World Book Day display is now up, so next time you are in the library see if you can spot yourself and your peers. 

 

Another big thankyou to all those who sent in their poetry entries. The bar was set high, and the winning decisions made near impossible to choose. Alas, a decision had to be made. Well done to all pupils who entered and congratulations to the following winners of the poetry competition:
