A fantastic few days in Year 1
Wow, I've had so many emails the last 2 days full of amazing learning! It's our big write week so children have been busy designing their own fantasy planet and writing a poem about them, they've also designed and made their own moon buggies to transport astronauts around the moon, learnt about Hanukkah and made menorahs or latkes, timed themselves and compared the time, been on walks to look for signs of winter and spring, practised their circus skills and been litter picking.
Well done to all of you and we can't wait to see more during the rest of the week!
