Year 2 - Adding tens to a 2-digit number!
Last Friday, Year 2 used their place value knowledge to add tens to a 2-digit number. They thought about which were tens and which were ones and then added accordingly. Everyone started to use a base 10 grid that replicates the start of column method!
All were successful and loving their learning today!
