Birch Class had great fun last week using numicon to find their number bonds to 10 and 20. Some explored and made 10 on a board, some were investigating all the different ways to make 20 using only 3 pieces whilst others took part in a team competition to see which table would be the first to find the ‘partner piece’ to which Miss Brooke was holding. The atmosphere was electric and the children were loving the activity.
