Year 2 enjoyed starting their new topic- Shiver Me Timbers! We took part in different activities throughout the day. We tried and evaluated different pirate foods, learnt a sea shanty, created our own treasure map, explored the properties of different materials that we might find on a ship, built a shelter after being stuck on a deserted island and wrote a letter asking to be rescued.
