This afternoon, year 3 showed off their amazing eyesight (compared to us adults) and discovered how to crimp beads when making jewellery. Although it was fiddly and at times things went a little wrong, they all managed to crimp beads to hold their wire and create a beautiful, beaded bracelet! They showed great collaborative skills as well as perseverance because, as you can imagine, multiple bracelets were dropped on the floor and need to be re-started!
