To celebrate their learning during Marvellous Mixtures, Year 4 have developed their skills with clay this week, putting their potion bottle designs into action and bringing them to life. Firstly, they practised rolling coils for coil pots and then revisited their thumb pot skills, using playdough. They collaborated to share top tips and improve their techniques. After their confidence had grown, they used those honed skills to create their potion bottle design in clay, complete with lids. Keep an eye out for the finished designs next week.
