Today we have been working so hard that the children may be feeling a bit tired! They have been setting up their homework books, sticking in their logins for Times Table Rock Stars, Accelerated Reader and Doodle Maths. So please do take a good look at the introductory sheet stuck onto the first page of their red homework books, explaining the Year 5 homework expectations. Any questions, do ask. This week, the children are learning some rich vocabulary words and practising their times tables. There are suggested strategies for learning new words on the introductory sheet.
