Year 5 hard at work 😊

This week has seen a plethora of photographs showcasing all of the hard work that Year 5 have completed at home. It has been amazing and we are so proud of you all. 👏🏻

We can see here that the maths work on fractions has really tested the children's understanding; the English work has proven that the children can be incredibly persuasive - I wonder if Mr Tribble will let us being our pets to school, or if bad language could be removed from the world, or perhaps mum really will buy the lego set? Great ideas and super writing Year 5. 👍🏻

The reading and GPS challenges have been tackled with focus and absorption; with the children completing them independently thanks to the teacher tutorial videos.

And creating play scripts for our SOLE activities has been great fun - wouldn't it be great if we could find a way to perform them!

As if all this wasn't enough, an Art Ninja project has begun ... look out for the photograph showing the initial stages of the giraffe coat hook; music has continued with the self-motivated guitar lessons; and reading dens have been built and enjoyed. What inspirational activities, well done, you are all superstars! ⭐️

Another wonderful week Year 5 - well done to all of you. Now rest up - it is the weekend after all! 😅
