This afternoon, Year 5 safely prepared apples using knives and peelers ready to make dried apple dipped in honey. Just like the Tudors would have done, our apple rings are now hanging on string across the windows ready to be dried out by the sun. 

This dessert was a popular Tudor treat so we can't wait to try it later in the week!
