This afternoon, Mr Tribble delivered some very exciting news... When the builders were digging up the willow last week, they discovered a suitcase buried deep within the ground. We opened the suitcase and couldn't quite believe what we found; the suitcase belonged to a young girl who was evacuated to Honiton during World War Two! She had written a letter and included her teddy bear, a ration book, an identity card, a toy spitfire and a newspaper from the war times. What an exciting discovery!
