  • Occluded Arteries... How does diet impact on the health of our heart?

    Mon 16 Dec 2019 Year 6

This afternoon we looked at the impact of diet and exercise on the health of our heart. Did you know that our arteries are lined with endothelium which is a smooth layer of cells? If we make poor diet choices and don't exercise enough, our blood vessels can become occluded and this could potentially lead to a heart attack.

We used models and Stop Motion Animation to show this. Check out how we got on!
