Creativity and imagination

Doodle Maths and Spelling
Thu 27 Jan 2022Dear Parents and Carers,
Doodle are aware of an issue affecting some users after updating their apps to the latest version to further improve the product.
Some users are reporting issues with being unable to login and, prior to the student login screen, seeing a bouncing star appearing. They are working on a full fix and we will update you when this has happened over the next week. In the meantime, you can still access Doodle following these steps:
- Please uninstall and reinstall the apps on the affected device.
- Once you have done this, please make sure that students log out before closing the app (otherwise next time they go to log in they will experience the same bouncing star!)
(If this does not work first time, you may need to uninstall, clear the cache on your device through the settings page by following these steps and then reinstall)Many thanks,
Mr Hasler
